Hello Parents! 👋

Your child is capable of more than memorizing answers in the back of the textbook. They can become a future-shaper, able to navigate tensions, unafraid of different perspectives and ideas, equipped with the skills and mindsets to take on the world’s most important challenges.

For over 15 years, we've transformed education by making the critical thinking and innovation seen in business leaders and in successful organizations available to all students. Our work is grounded in Integrative Thinking. It is a replicable innovation process for navigating complex, real-world problems, drawing on psychology, behavioural economics, systems thinking, and leadership. Developed at the University of Toronto at Rotman School of Management, former Dean Roger Martin and his team, the approach leverages tensions and diverse perspectives to generate better answers. Integrative Thinking is now used by leaders and organizations worldwide, including LEGO, Deloitte, TIFF, IDEO, Tennis Canada, Four Seasons, and Procter & Gamble.

“We know we’re going to face really hard real-world problems. We deserve a chance to work on them now. If we only teach problem solving as a theoretical activity… They are not preparing us for our present or future. We know we’re going to face really hard real-world problems. We deserve a chance to work on them now.”
